- Introduction
1.1. This Privacy Policy of Ein Gev Holiday Village Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd., Company No. 570058016 (the “Privacy Policy” and the “Association”), outlines the general principles regarding how we collect and use information about you in connection with your use of the website, including when making reservations, purchasing products or services through the Association’s website, and when contacting the Association’s customer service (“Services”).
1.2. Your privacy is important to us. We will act in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (the “Law”).
1.3. This Privacy Policy applies to identifiable information or information that can reasonably be used to identify you. In general, you are not legally obligated to provide the information detailed below; however, failure to do so may prevent us from providing certain services (“Information”).
1.4. The Information will be stored in the Association’s database for the period required for the Association to fulfill the purposes permitted under applicable law and this Privacy Policy (the “Database” and the “Purposes”, respectively).
1.5. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Website Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”). Use of the website, including the content and services offered through it, constitutes your consent to this Privacy Policy. Therefore, you are requested to carefully review the Terms of Use.
1.6. Please note that the Association reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, in accordance with new content, services, products, or features that may be added to the website. Accordingly, the Association recommends reviewing this Privacy Policy each time you visit the website.
1.7. This Privacy Policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but it applies equally to all genders. References in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, unless the context indicates otherwise.

2.1. Identifiable information that you provide to us or that is collected by us will be stored in the Association’s database (“Personal Information”). The Association will retain the Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy or as required under applicable law.
2.2. Information provided by you:
2.2.1. When you register on the website or use services offered through it, for example when entering contact details while making a reservation on the website, you will be required to provide Personal Information (first name, last name, telephone number, email address, and payment details), which will be stored in the database (“Customer Service”).
2.2.2. The Personal Information you provide as part of your registration on the website will be used for the following purposes:
• Sending personalized marketing communications and maintaining customer relationships;
• Customer satisfaction research and market research to help improve our services;

Subject to your consent, we may add you to a mailing list through which direct marketing communications and advertisements relating to our services will be sent via various communication channels, including email, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, automated dialing systems, and social networks (“Mailings” and “Mailing List”, respectively).

6.3. Please note that even after requesting removal from the mailing list, you may still receive communications that we are legally required or permitted to send under applicable law.
- Right to Access and Correct Information

8.2. Please note that under applicable law the Association may be required to retain certain information even if you request its deletion.

9.1. The Association uses information security measures to protect Personal Information stored in its databases and to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
9.2. However, no security system can guarantee absolute protection against breaches. Therefore, the Association does not guarantee that the website will be completely immune from unauthorized access or misuse of Personal Information.
9.3. Users are responsible for taking appropriate security precautions, including the use of passwords, antivirus software, protection against hacking attempts, and software updates.
9.4. If you receive a username and password for website access, they must be used for personal use only and must not be shared with any third party.
9.5. Upon arrival at the hotel, you may be asked to provide or update additional personal information. Such information will also be handled according to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
