- General
1.1. The website www.eingev.com (hereinafter: the “Website”) is the official website of Ein Gev Holiday Village (hereinafter: the “Holiday Village”). Reservations for accommodation at the Holiday Village may be made through this Website or by telephone at +972-4-6659800.
1.2. Any person entering the Website and/or making or wishing to make a reservation through the Website (hereinafter: the “User / Purchaser / Guest”) declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions, fully understand them, and agree to all provisions contained herein. The user shall have no claim, demand, or legal action, directly or indirectly, against the Holiday Village and/or its owners and/or employees and/or representatives and/or the operators of the Website.
1.3. The Website may be used solely for the purpose of reserving and purchasing services and/or obtaining information. For the avoidance of doubt, any other use of the Website is strictly prohibited. The Holiday Village reserves all rights in this regard. Any unlawful use of the Website or the information presented therein may constitute a violation of copyright or other applicable laws.
1.4. Any person making a reservation through the Website will be required to provide personal details, including an ID number / passport number and credit card details.
1.5. Users wishing to purchase services through the Website will be required to enter the requested information as required on the Website (hereinafter: the “Purchase Details”).
1.6. The Holiday Village and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be responsible, directly or indirectly, if purchase details are not received by the system and/or for any technical or other issue preventing the user from purchasing services through the Website.
1.7. The Holiday Village and/or the Website owners, operators, managers, employees, or anyone acting on their behalf shall not be responsible for any mistake made by the user when entering purchase details, including but not limited to errors in selecting a vacation package, dates, number of beds, number of rooms, meals, or any other services ordered through the Website. The user declares that they shall have no claim, demand, or legal action regarding such matters.
1.8. Entering false purchase details constitutes a criminal offense. The Holiday Village shall be entitled to take any legal action available under applicable law against individuals submitting false information, including claims for damages resulting from harm caused to the Website, its operators, or anyone acting on their behalf.
1.9. Credit card details entered on the Website are used solely for reservation guarantee purposes. Payment will be made in full upon arrival at the hotel in cash or by credit card (payment by check is not accepted).
1.10. Upon completion of the reservation process online, the purchaser will receive an automatic email confirmation including the reservation number.
- Reservation of Rights
2.1. All rights to the Website are exclusively reserved by Ein Gev Holiday Village, and all trademarks appearing on the Website belong to the Holiday Village. No information from the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or modified without prior written consent from the Holiday Village, except for downloading information for personal, non-commercial use.
2.2. The Holiday Village reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify these Terms and Conditions, the terms of use of the Website, the structure of the Website, its content, appearance, and the scope and availability of the services offered. Such changes will take effect from the date they are published on the Website unless stated otherwise.
2.3. The Holiday Village reserves the right to cancel or modify reservation terms and prices published on the Website at any time, including after a reservation has been made, and the user shall have no claim or demand in this regard.
2.4. The Website is intended for private customers. A separate reservation must be made for each room including the details of the guests staying in that room: last name, first name, ID number, and credit card number.
2.5. The Holiday Village reserves the right not to approve a reservation request for any reason at its sole discretion and without explanation, and the user shall have no claim or demand in this regard.
2.6. The Website may contain links (“Links”) to other websites (“Linked Websites”). These links are provided solely for the user’s convenience. The Holiday Village is not responsible for the linked websites or the information appearing on them, including their validity, accuracy, or legality. Any use of such links or access to linked websites is at the user’s sole responsibility.
2.7. Any request to link to or display www.eingev.com on other websites must receive prior written approval from the Holiday Village.
- Terms and Limitations
3.1. Prices listed on the Website are in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT.
3.2. Israeli citizens making reservations through the Website in a language other than Hebrew will be charged VAT upon payment at the end of their stay.
3.3. The Holiday Village reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, including reservation policies and accommodation prices, at any time.
3.4. Check-in time on weekdays is 15:00. On Saturdays and after holidays, check-in is 19:00.
Check-out time on weekdays is 11:00, and on Saturdays and after holidays 14:00.
3.5. An infant is defined as a child up to 3 years old. A child is defined as 3–13 years old.
3.6. Room reservations may only be made by adults aged 18 and over. Children and minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
3.7. Images on the Website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding.
- Cancellation Policy
4.1. Throughout the year, cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to arrival are free of charge.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s rate for each reserved room, according to the room type booked.
- Reservation Cancellation or Modification
5.1. Reservation modifications or cancellations made through the official Website are subject to the cancellation policy defined in these Terms.
5.2. Reservations can be modified or canceled through the link included in the reservation confirmation email sent by the Holiday Village.
5.3. Alternatively, reservations may be modified or canceled via the “Modify / Cancel Existing Reservation” option available on the homepage of the Website.
- Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Holiday Village and/or the Website operators, owners, managers, employees, or anyone acting on their behalf shall not be responsible for the server through which the Website operates, including whether the server is free of viruses or other harmful components that may damage the user’s computer when browsing the Website or purchasing services.
6.2. The Holiday Village shall not be liable for any damage resulting from failure or delay of any kind arising from the use of the Website or attempts to use the Website.
6.3. The Holiday Village shall not be responsible for any unlawful activity carried out by users of the Website or by any third party beyond its control.
6.4. The Holiday Village reserves the right to prevent or terminate access of any user to any part of the Website without prior notice.
6.5. The Holiday Village shall not be responsible for information published on the Website that originates from third parties, including advertisements.
6.6. All images displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Since images are viewed on computer screens or printed by users, differences may occur between the images and the actual appearance of the products or services.
6.7. Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the Website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, and the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the competent court in Nazareth Illit (Nof HaGalil).
- Information Security and Privacy
7.1. The Holiday Village undertakes not to transfer the customer’s payment details to any third party.
7.2. Notwithstanding the above, the Holiday Village may transfer user details to a third party in cases where the user has committed an act or omission that harms or may harm the Holiday Village or third parties, where the user has used the services for unlawful purposes, where a judicial order requires disclosure, or in the event of any legal dispute or proceeding.
